“I grew up in Burnley. I used to be really shy and didn’t like to put myself out there.
We would have family house parties – it was horrible. I didn’t like talking to my cousins and that but my Mum would always make me dance to this song and try and get me to be more open.
I can’t stop talking now so I think it worked.
When I hear this song it really reminds me of her and makes me so glad that I have a Mum that’s always supportive. We don’t always see eye to eye but I know we’ve got each other’s backs.”
